Complete our free housing questionnaire and tell us about your budget, preferred areas, move-in date and housing preferences. We'll review your request and get in touch.
02 — We search for you
Once we've agreed to take on your search, we explore the Valencia rental market to find suitable options. We contact landlords and agencies, check relevant details and share interesting properties with you.
03 — Find your place
Found somewhere you love? We'll help you take the next steps, communicate with the landlord or agency and navigate the rental process towards signing your agreement.
Our pricing
€300 + VAT
We help you find a suitable room or apartment in Valencia. Based on your preferences, we search for available properties, share suitable options and assist you throughout the rental process.
You don't pay anything upfront. Our service fee is only charged once you've signed a rental agreement for a property introduced by relo.
If you don't find a home through us, you don't pay.
